Cleaning Technician Residential & Commercial

Pay Range
$21.30 – $23.30
per hour, depending on experience and performance
- +$1.00/hour for driving your personal vehicle
- Daily tips after training completion
- Bonus program based on performance
- Paid travel time between client homes, at the same wage

We are currently hiring Cleaning Technicians for both Residential and Commercial cleaning assignments. You may be scheduled for residential homes, commercial buildings, or a combination depending on business needs and performance.

Responsibilities
What your day looks like as an Angel-Pro
Detailed Cleaning
Perform detailed cleaning in residential homes and commercial facilities such as offices and churches.
Follow the Checklist
Follow company checklists and client-specific instructions on every single job.
High Standards
Dust, vacuum, mop, sanitize, and maintain high cleaning standards at all times.
Daily Travel
Travel daily between job locations using your personal vehicle.
Your Job Kit
Carry and maintain your assigned job kit — provided by us at no cost to you.
Team Communication
Communicate professionally with the team and use our company app for daily assignments and instructions.
Requirements
Experienced members make more money!
- 1 year of recent professional cleaning experience preferred, residential or commercial
- Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle and insurance. Your personal vehicle will be used to travel to jobs daily
- Must be able to carry the cleaning job kit between locations
- Strong attention to detail and work ethic
- Dependable, professional and positive attitude
- Comfortable with daily physical labor: standing, bending, lifting, etc.
Schedules
Choose the track that fits your availability
Residential Cleaning
Morning and afternoon shifts
20–25 hours per week to start (on-call)
- Full-time opportunities available with extra pay after training and performance review
- Weekday and weekend shifts available depending on schedule needs
- Travel daily between client homes in assigned areas
- Travel time between client homes is paid at the same wage!
Commercial Cleaning
Evening shifts, typically after 3:00 PM
5–10 hours per week to start
- Monthly performance review with opportunities for more hours, depending on availability and location assignments
- Weekday schedule based on client sites
- May include offices, churches, and other commercial buildings
Hours
Part-time to start, with additional hours available based on performance and business needs.
Pay & Growth
Fast learners get out of training faster
During Training
$21.30/hr
Typically 1–3 months of paid training
Technician
$22.30/hr
Includes daily tips and eligibility for the bonus program
Experienced
Up to $23.30/hr
Must complete 2 weeks to 1 month of Angel Training
- Performance-based increases with regular reviews at 1 month, 3 months, 6 months and 1 year
- Drivers receive additional compensation. Make $1 more an hour for driving your personal vehicle
