We are a woman-owned, minority-owned, certified local family business — fully licensed, bonded, and insured for your peace of mind. Our cleaners are carefully selected based on their values and maturity, and all undergo background checks. We are here to make your life easier and your home cleaner!

Scheduling & Service Info

  • We'll always send a reminder email the day before your scheduled cleaning.
  • The initial estimate is based on the information you provide and may be adjusted depending on your priorities.
  • Ongoing maintenance cleanings are priced per job (not hourly).
  • Let us know in advance if you want extra tasks not included in your quote.
  • If you skip a cleaning, an extra $40 minimum will be added to your next visit.
  • If we cancel your cleaning, we will make up for the time free of charge on the next visit.

Annual Updates & Pricing

Each new year, policies may be updated and pricing adjusted due to inflation, wage increases, fuel, and supplies. We’ll notify you in advance. Additional Services

We bring all cleaning supplies and equipment!

Access & Security

  • You may provide a key, door code, garage code, or be home at the time of service.
  • All keys are tagged and stored securely.
  • If we can’t access your home at the scheduled time, a full charge applies.

Environmental Conditions

  • Ensure driveways, walkways, and stairs are clear and safe (especially in rain or snow).
  • In summer/winter, please maintain a comfortable temperature (max 70°F in winter, with fans/AC in summer if possible).
  • Unsafe access may result in cancellation with full charges applied.

Pets

We love pets! But please let us know in advance. Aggressive pets should be secured.

Donations

We accept:

  • Clothing, toys, books
  • Small furniture
  • Pet food (open or unopened)
  • Non-perishable foods

Get $10 off your cleaning! Donations go to local shelters and Bella’s Voice (a nonprofit for animals).

Move-Out Cleaning

We can't guarantee deposit return, but we do our best! Talk to us for details.

Cancellations

Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice (except illness) will be fully charged.

Complaints

If not satisfied, contact us within 24 hours. We'll return within 2 days to address concerns if a full clean was authorized. If your quote wasn't approved or budget is limited, we’ll clean based on your priority list, but can’t guarantee full satisfaction.

Refer a friend who signs up for recurring service:

Valuables

We do not touch:

  • Cash
  • Jewelry
  • Wallets or purses Please store these safely beforehand.

Arrival Time

We aim to be on time but allow a 30-minute window due to traffic. If we expect to be later, we'll notify you.

Closets

Please leave closet doors open if you'd like them vacuumed — we won’t open them otherwise.

What We Don’t Do

We do not touch:

  • Outside windows (except sliding doors)
  • Floor strip/wax
  • Wet-washing wood/metal blinds
  • Start ovens or dishwashers
  • Laundry or ironing (we fold)
  • Climb ladders over 2 steps
  • Handle feces or blood
  • Vacuum mats with litter or clean litter boxes
  • Wet-wash non-gloss walls (spot clean only)

Tips

Tips are appreciated but not required. If you choose to tip:

  • Place in a sealed envelope with your name.
  • Our team will deliver it to the office for distribution.

Payments

  • Invoices are sent by text or email with payment links.
  • A credit card on file is required.
  • If not paid within 1 day, we’ll charge the stored card.
  • You may authorize auto-payment after each service.

Cleaning Process

  • Recurring services follow our checklist and your preferences.
  • One-time cleanings are scheduled in time blocks.
  • Initial visits help us learn your home’s needs.
  • We’ll assign the same team when possible, but coverage is not guaranteed.
  • In case of delays or scope changes, we may contact you for approval of extra time/cost.

Right to Refuse

We reserve the right to refuse service due to unsafe conditions or personal safety concerns.
